We received a request to implement a solution for the return of large customers to the company’s general sales funnel. The main task was to update the database of large customers through mailing to the old database of the company and send them an invitation to receive a special offer.

Solution strategy
As part of the solution, we developed and implemented letters in the CMS Terrasfot Email, which included special tags, thanks to which, based on the client’s region, all data was pulled up on the WEB form, to which they got from the letter. We collected the data collection form on the CMS Bitrix and integrated WEB analytics and accounting for all visits.
Results
Based on the results of the project, distributions were made to the customer base from the CMS. Most of the customers turned out to be active, filled out the form and updated their information with the company’s regional distributors.
